Step 1: Check Your Email
Check your email for return directions sent by sys@pecosca.us. Make sure to check your spam folder!

Step 2: Watch for Your Return Box
A box with shipping directions will be sent to the address currently on file.

Step 3: Pack Your Device
Follow the directions included in the box to pack your device and its charger. You will also find a prepaid shipping label inside.

Step 4: Return Your Device
Drop your packaged device off at a designated UPS drop-off location or schedule a pickup.
